Zing Into Spring - May 22, 2010

 

This third annual WDM Chamber event is a family fitness and wellness event featuring a 5K fun run/walk that begins and ends at Prairie Life Fitness. Participants of all ages are welcome. T-Shirts and treats for all paid registrants. Registration+ starts at 7 a.m.; walk/run starts at 8 a.m.. Contact Julie Weeks at the West Des Moines Chamber at 515-225-6009 for more information.

Youth (12 and under) $10
Families: (up to 4) $35

Adults: $20
Youth (12 and under) $15
